A fully integrated solution for the media business
Most online newspapers make their money from either ads or time based user subscriptions. Very few have succeeded with a pay per view model. We want to drastically challenge the landscape, by creating an eco system where pay per view is not only the most user friendly way to consume paid news content, but do it without a third party payment provider in the middle.
Nano is a crypto currency. It is feeless, fast, green and secure. This makes it more suitable than traditional payment processors. Check out nano.org.
For micro transactions, fast feeless transactions is key. Not many cryptos do this. We originally considered Iota, but at the time, their client libraries were not mature.
As you sign up for Nanopay, a user is created on ConnectID.no. This user ID is connected to an online wallet, which you will need to fund with Nano. When funded, you can browse around and be charged a tiny amount per article.
